Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed according to the curriculum guide of EDB. It places children at the centre and is designed to meet children’s development stages, interests, abilities, experiences and needs, with the adoption of a spiral approach where a topic is learned at increasing levels of difficulty over time. It aims at helping students achieve a balanced development of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes.

Teaching approach

We emphasise a diverse, comprehensive and balanced learning experience. In conjunction with the biliteracy and trilingualism teaching approach, we implement thematic teaching in our classes and involve our students in plenty of hands-on activities. Also, our school-based curriculum is designed to go in line with the EDB’s learning objective “enrich children’s early experience with English”, CUHK “Play-Learn-Grow in Hong Kong Kindergartens” programme and Quality Education Fund “Positive Education for Whole Child Development” programme, and is implemented with  “brain-based” strategies which encourages joint participation, cooperative learning and thinking proliferation, and thus enhances student’s learning performances and unleashes their potentials.
